This rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery is protected with a PCB against: PCB protection against deep discharge 2.5V and overcharging 4.25V.  Please note: Rechargeable Li-ion batteries must be handled with the utmost care by persons who are aware of the dangers of improper use.

The XTAR 18650-3500Mah with USB-C connection can be charged directly with a USB(C) adapter.

This battery is not suitable for most E-cigarettes, but it is suitable for flashlights.
